Our Aim

To Improve the health & Well-being of everyone who takes part in our training sessions, workshops, retreats or Bootcamps, everyone is welcome.

Our Solution

All of our sessions are conducted by either ex or serving members of the armed forces, our Instructors all hold the relevant fitness qualifications and they will be happy to drive you to achieve your goals!

Forces Fitness is a multi award winning Company that provides education and training within the great outdoors. We provide a number services from talior made health and well-being days/ residential retreats for your company, Organisation, school, college or University,  Outdoor Boot camp sessions, Full Board residential Boot camps,  Health and Well-being workshops, Employability Bootcamps/sessions and we also work very closely with local sports clubs, schools, colleges and universities. All our sessions are engaging and are instructed by either ex or serving members of the armed forces. All our Instructors hold the relevant qualifications and they will be happy to drive you to achieve your goals! Our aim is to inspire everyone that takes part in our sessions or boot camps to make good lifestyle changes so whether you are new to training or an experienced athlete everyone is welcome.

Our team took on the challenge of delivering a specially designed 'School Team Fitness Challenge' for all secondary schools and a select few primary schools in Wales for FREE during 2018-2020. Forces Fitness has previously featured on BBC Radio 1 with Dev and has also appeared on the BBC 1 Wales series 'Alfies Angels' with former Welsh and British Lions International Rugby player Gareth 'Alfie' Thomas and former Welsh and Great Britain Athlete James Thie  in Series 1 (2015) Run for your Life , series 2 (2016) Alfies Angels and series 3 (2017) Alfies Army. The aim was to provide Military style training for groups of ladies and youths who were tasked to run the Cardiff Half Marathon. Forces Fitness also featured on the inpsiring program 'Lets Get a Good Thing Going' screened on BBC1 in 2018 and hosted by the One Shows Very Own Kevin Duala. The aim was to inspire and help our local community by brining a number of community champions together to improve health, well-being and community values!
