Sean served for six years with the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards, four of these were spent as a PTI. He completed a number of operations at home and abroad after leaving the Army, he managed a number of Health and Leisure Clubs in the Cardiff and Swansea area. Sean is a qualified Sports Therapist, Advanced Self Defence Instructor, Level Three Strength & Conditioning coach and holds a level Four Higher Diploma in Diet and Nutrition.
Whilst serving in the Army he was a keen Boxer winning the IBB Light Heavy Weight title. Upon leaving the Army he played rugby for Brackla R.F.C and he maintains a close relationship with the club to this day.
Jamie served for Ten years with the "1st Battalion Welsh Guards", during his time spent in the "Infantry" he was deployed on numerous occasions near and far within the UK homelands and overseas not only for training purposes but also on operational commitments. Upon return from his last operational tour he was put forward and took a military posting instructing at the prestigious “Infantry Battle School Of Excellence” based in the Brecon Beacons.
Paul served for 6 years in the 1st battalion the royal welch fusiliers.
On leaving the Army Paul re-qualified as an advanced personal trainer and set up his own personal training business. Paul is a keen sportsman and runner and enjoys taking on challenges that push him past his limits. Paul is a Qualified Sports Therapist and provides our Sports Therapy on our residential Bootcamps.

Amanda served in the 14th Signal Regiment Electronic Warfare for 6 years as a specialist signals operator and detachment commander in 237 squadron. Amanda has served in many areas around the world from Afghanistan to America. Amanda has won many awards in her EW Tri-service role whilst offering linguistic support, intelligence and signal interpretation for ground forces in action.
Amanda has also operated as a team medic, narcotic detection expert, and EOD service support professional in numerous active theatres.
Upon leaving the Military Amanda Gisby has become a Team GB Powerlifter BDPFA and was a former lifter for the GBPF and UK Strongwoman both WADA tested and approved associations.
I train 4-5 days per week primarily on strength and technique from 90-120mins per session depending on competition run up timings.
