Who we are

Sean served for six years with the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards, four of these were spent as a PTI. He completed a number of operations at home and abroad after leaving the Army, he managed a number of Health and Leisure Clubs in the Cardiff and Swansea area. Sean is a qualified Sports Therapist, Advanced Self Defence Instructor, Level Three Strength & Conditioning coach and holds a level Four Higher Diploma in Diet and Nutrition. Whilst serving in the Army he was a keen Boxer winning the IBB Light Heavy Weight title. Upon leaving the Army he played rugby for Brackla R.F.C and he maintains a close relationship with the club to this day.

Jason has 5 1/2 years of military experience in the Royal Engineers initially as a Reserve followed by time spent in the regulars and an operational tour of Boznia.

As a member of the Welsh Athletic Association and affiliated to the Swansea Harriers running club he regularly competes at international level in all running disciplines from road, trail, cross country, orienteering and multi terrain from 5 km up to ultra marathon distances.

Paul served for 6 years in the 1st battalion the royal welch fusiliers.

On leaving the Army paul re-qualified as an advanced personal trainer and set up his own personal training business. paul is a keen sportsman and runner and enjoys taking on challenges that push him past his limits.

Gareth is a Former PTI in the RRW and technician with Reconnaissance.

A Level 3 PT and nutrition specialist, and has worked in a variety of roles from Personal training with the Village Hotel, to running his own fitness business in the Gower.

He is a keen runner, having won the Army cross country championships, and over 30 national road races, He recently broke a world record. Gareth is also a keen mountain climber, and enjoys amateur boxing.

Jamie served for Ten years with the "1st Battalion Welsh Guards", during his time spent in the "Infantry" he was deployed on numerous occasions near and far within the UK homelands and overseas not only for training purposes but also on operational commitments. Upon return from his last operational tour he was put forward and took a military posting instructing at the prestigious “Infantry Battle School Of Excellence” based in the Brecon Beacons.

John served 4yrs in the 1st battalion welsh guards.

Upon leaving the British armed forces he went on to qualify as a personal trainer and has completed both NVQ level 2 & 3 personal trainer and is also a certified circuits instructor.

John has always been a keen sports person playing football, rugby and boxing & In 2002 won the welsh boxing championship.

Sarah’s passion for health and fitness led her to study a degree in Biomedical Science of Health, Exercise and Nutrition. Sarah also has a keen interest in nutrition, and is a level 4 nutrition advisor. She is a nutrition blogger for the Huffington Post, and is the founder of Clean Food Queen; a nutrition based website with recipes and health related articles.

Sarah is highly active, and enjoys taking on regular challenges and entering events that push her to her limit. She has travelled to numerous countries to take on mountain adventures, including hiking across the GR20 mountain trail, the toughest trail in Europe.

Sarah is keen to motivate everyone to be more active, and enjoy pushing their fitness levels.

Mitchell previously trained with the Royal Marines. He has competed in judo for 21 years and was a member of the Welsh team for 7 years!!! He's a Qualified level 2 coach. Mitchell was a successful judo coach for 5 years and in that time he had 3 clients become Welsh champions,1 British champion and 1 got to the commonwealth games. Now he trains in a number of Martial Arts, Brazilian jiu jitsu, Boxing and MMA. Mitchell has a passion for health and fitness and thoroughly enjoys training groups of people where he can pass his knowledge on.

I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer specialising in diet & nutrition, muscular development, weight management and outdoor fitness. I have a passion to get the best out of people and achieve their physical potential. I was a semi professional rugby player at Ebbw Vale RFC. Over the years I have trained clients of all backgrounds, including people recovering from injury to professional sports people to those who want to keep fit. I'm always looking to achieve the highest of standards to get the best of their ability and so much more.......... There are no boundaries.
