Throughout his life he has been a keen footballer who has always played at a high level, however at the age of 27 he decided to try his hand in another direction and switched to rugby and this seemed to be his true calling as not only did he become a key starting player for “Bridgend Sports RFC” but he was also approached to play at a much higher divisional level and also for the District and County, to which he has done so representing his home club on numerous occasions.
His work ethic is second to non as he is a firm believer of “TRAIN HARD = WIN EASY”, he takes this forward with progressive steps and encourages the best out of people whenever the opportunity arises. His firm but fare attitude towards fitness has always been to explain to others that he doesn't expect you to be the fittest or fastest.. just try and don't give in as each small step takes you closer to what you want to achieve, and that it really does pay to be a winner!!
