Jason has 5 1/2 years of military experience in the Royal Engineers initially as a Reserve followed by time spent in the regulars and an operational tour of Boznia.
As a member of the Welsh Athletic Association and affiliated to the Swansea Harriers running club he regularly competes at international level in all running disciplines from road, trail, cross country, orienteering and multi terrain from 5 km up to ultra marathon distances.
He is regularly competing in endurance events and has recently completed a number of 24hr and multi day events from 50 to 168 mile distances. He is a qualified gym instructor and REPS accredited personal trainer.
