Our MD Sean Molino has been invited to attend the Mayors Annual Citizenship Award Ceremony at the Civic offices, Angel Street, Bridgend in March. A statement from The Worshipful the Mayor Councillor Reg Jenkins ' I am delighted to inform you that you have won a Mayors Citizenship Award for your hard work with schools and organisations across the County Borough promoting health and fitness. The nominations for this important community award were numerous and of particulary high standard, so you should feel very proud of yourself.' Sean has responded 'Truely honoured and humbled that I've been invited to the Mayors Citizenship Awards for the work that I have been conducting within Bridgend County Borough. The work wouldn't have been made possible if it wasn't for my wife Rhia Molino's help and support. I would also like to thank Ryan Thornton (Pencoed Comprehensive) and Katy Edwards (Palmerston primary) who were hugely important in my development of the FREE Team Fitness Schools project that I'm conducting throughout Wales. '

Sean had the pleasure of being filmed conducting his FREE team fitness challenge available for all secondary schools in Wales. Sian King and her Crew from Made in Cardiff TV Caught up with Sean whilst he was conducting a session in Plasmawr school Cardiff on November 1st 2016. Sean received the following feedback from Mr Aled Morgan (Plasmawr School) "I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a fantastic, fun and educational training day on Seans school team fitness challenge. It was more than what we anticipated. The session was well presented and every aspect came across as being very professional. Every pupil enjoyed even the ones who do not always take part in fitness activity. Everyone left with a smile and this is testament to your wonderful work. FORCES FITNESS Ltd were asked back to take part in the new series of Alfies Angels for BBC 1 Wales - It was Great to be back with Gareth 'Alfie' Thomas, James Thie and all Alfies Angels for series 2 ! It's a great series that will hopefully inspire women accross Wales to make changes to live a healthier lifestyle. Forces Fitness are proud to annouce that they will become the sponsor of the The 1st Battalion Welsh Guards Boxing team! The Welsh Guards are Household Division Boxing champions and have a number of fighters in the Household Division team to face the Parachute Regiment later this year! Sean Molino Director of Forces Fitness served with the Battalion as Physical Training Instructor and a Junior Non Commissioned Officer. Sean was a previous Boxer with the Battalion winning the light heavy weight title at the Battalion Boxing event in 2000.

Forces Fitness are proud to announce that they are teaming up with both, Aberavon RFC and Warburtons family bakers, to help deliver a healthy living project to Port Talbot primary schools over a six week period.
The project is in purpose of educating children of the importance of healthy eating and physical activity.
Forces Fitness supported Eddie Izzard on the Welsh leg of his amazing multi-marathon run for Sports Relief.
