You will be taken on this route by Serving or former serving Military Physical Training Instructors who themselves have trained our countries best soldiers on these very hills!

Pen y Fan is the highest peak in south Wales, situated in the Brecon Beacons National Park. At 886 metres  (2,907 ft)above sea-level, it is also the highest British peak south of Cadair Idris in Snowdonia. The twin summits of Pen y Fan and Corn Du at 873 m (2,864 ft) were formerly referred to as Cadair Arthur or 'Arthur's Seat.

We will set off from the famous red telephone box in darkness and make our way up the roman road over Corn Du and then summit Pen Y Fan, just in time for the glorious sunrise above Southern Britains highest peak!  You will have a fantastic chance to take pictures of the amazing sunrise and the sourounding Brecon Beacons!
