Sean our MD is currently conducting health and fitness team challenges for all secondary schools in Wales for FREE. Numerous sessions have already taken place in Schools throughout Wales and the feedback has been fantastic. Would your school like to be involved in the challenge? Sean came up with this concept after completing research with teachers from Pencoed Comprehensive and Palmerston School in Barry. The sessions themselves are educational in health, fitness and nutrition it provides the participants with healthy tips on fitness and nutrition whilst working together in teams to overcome challenges both mental and physical.
The main driving force behind these sessions is to try and slow the ever growing obesity levels within children from Wales and give them some healthy easy to follow tips that will improve their overall diet. Each session is fun and cements the importance of working together as a team to overcome problems and challenges that are put before them, this in turn develops their social skills. Feedback has been fantastic from all schools that have participated in the challenge so far!
