EMPLOYABILITY RESIDENTIAL RETREATS:
We have run mutliple Employability (Residential) Retreats in partnership with Housing associations thoughout Wales and England. They have been extremely successful.
These Retreats are dedicated to jobseekers who are getting ready to enter the world of work. The retreat acts as a catalyst to bring about positive life changes, through structured and tailored workshops that are designed to motivate and enthuse participants. The Employability retreat offers a personal approach that supports individual development, whilst challenging the attitudes and behaviors that often form barriers to gaining employment.
Included in this programme we also delivered an element of health and social wellbeing, working as part of a team, problem solving, command and tasks activities that improve individual’s motivation. We are a recognized social enterprise who are highly trained specialists and consultants. We have a proven track record of working with clients from deprived communities, mental health sufferers, young people that have backgrounds of social disengagement and clients from long term unemployed families that present issues ranging from low self-confidence to more complex barriers to employment. Forces Fitness are also a multi award winning business that have appeared on multiple TV programs working with youths from deprived backgrounds.

The feedback received from the participants along with the Housing associations / Councils staff has been excellent.
Our venue is fantastic and ideal for residential retreats set in the Afan Valley, Neath with fantastic views. This removes the participants from any distractions they may have at home.
Our Employability Coach has over 10 years experience as a Welfare to Work advisor for private providers where there had to be a guaranteed outcome of sustainable employment or access to training/additional support. She also works with employers to successfully fill vacancies
All attendees will be issued CPD certificates for the workshops they complete and each participant will be evaluated using the rickter scale assessment.
