Forces Fitness is a multi-award-winning company that provides education and training within the great outdoors and has been operating since 2008. Our Sessions and activities are delivered by former or serving Military personnel. We have vast experience in building tailor-made full board residentials that are exciting and fun for groups of more than 10 people. We are members of CIMSPA (The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity).
We have the capability to work with small groups of 10 up to a group size of 100 in en-suite bedrooms that sleep 4-6 people. We utilise a fantastic location that is situated within Margam Park, an 850-acre country estate nestling on the narrow coastal plain and southern slopes of Mynydd Margam. The Centre is situated just of the M4 between Swansea and Cardiff and has easy access to a wide variety of field sites on the Gower ANOB, a few miles to the west; the Heritage Coast to the east and the Brecon Beacons to the north, as well as access to the diverse and varied landscape of Margam Park. Make sure you keep an eye out for wild Deer whilst on site!
Our residentials get the attendees involved and engaged in the outdoors, taking part in team-building and communication challenges whilst improving their health and well-being. They will enjoy a wild adventure that they will remember forever:
- Increase interaction with nature, building confidence and resilience through activities and challenges
- Learn Health and well-being tips
- Encourage skills in communication and co-operation, with fun teambuilding games
- Introduce measured risk taking to encourage independent thinking
- Tackle the growing indoor culture which is adding to the UK’s nature deficit disorder
